Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Our policy is as follows

Cancellation notices:

14 days or more = 100% refund
7-14 days notice = 50% refund
Less than 7 days = 0% refund

If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you may be eligible for a refund. The amount of the refund also varies depending on the specific time you reserved. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used to make the reservation and can take up to 10 business days to process.

If you cancel your reservation outside of the designated cancellation period, you may not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us to discuss your situation.

Please note that refunds do not include any non-refundable fees or charges, such as booking fees or credit card processing fees.
